理学博士,研究方向为海洋生物分子生态学,主要从事海洋生物群体基因组学研究。近些年围绕海洋生物基因组遗传标记资源开发,群体遗传结构和本地适应性解析,性别决定机制探讨,群体基因组学分析相关软件开发等取得了一系列的研究成果。基于群体遗传学和基因组学技术解析了我国多种重要海洋鱼类如松江鲈、小黄鱼等的遗传资源现状、群体遗传结构及本地适应性遗传学机制;解析了大银鱼和松江鲈的性别决定机制;查明了刀鲚适应淡水的平行演化机制;开发了多个群体基因组学数据分析软件如StructureSelector、RADassembler等,得到了广泛使用。发表研究论文19篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文8篇,担任国际SCI期刊Molecular Ecology、Frontiers in Marine Science等的审稿人。
