2001年7月-2006年6月，中国科学院海洋研究所，实验海洋生物学重点实验室，助理研究员，副研究员； 

1996年9月-2001年7月，中国科学院海洋研究所实验海洋生物学重点实验室/中国科学院研究生院学习，获理学博士学位； 

1994年7月-1996年7月，辽宁省沈阳市沈阳第一制药厂药物研究所工作，助理工程师； 

1990年9月-1994年7月，青岛海洋大学海洋生物系海洋生物学专业学习，获理学学士学位。 

承担项目情况： 

主要从事海洋生物基因组学、遗传学、细胞生物学和基因工程等方面的研究。研究重点为对虾基因组学、功能基因组学和蛋白质组学；生殖和遗传操作技术。主持和参加国家级课题20项，其中主持863课题1项，主持国家自然基金项目3项，主持863青年基金课题1项；承担农业部行业专项子课题1项，参与国家级课题14项。
