博士，研究员，国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目获得者、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、中国科学院海洋所汇泉青年学者。从事海洋岩石学与地球化学方面研究，主要研究兴趣包括：洋中脊岩浆作用及地幔动力学、板块俯冲过程与物质循环、Mo-Fe等非传统稳定同位素测试方法及应用等。目前已发表国际SCI论文30余篇，其中第一/通讯作者论文主要发表在Nature Communications, Earth and Planetary Science Letters, Geology, Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, Journal of Petrology等国际重要期刊。研究成果得到国内、外同行广泛关注，部分成果入选中国科学院海洋研究所重大成果及年度“十件大事”。主持或参与了国家自然科学基金青年、面上、优青、重点项目多项。荣获了中国科学院沈阳分院优秀青年科技人才奖、中国科学院院长优秀奖、山东省取得突出成绩博士后、山东省优秀博士学位论文奖等。担任NC、EPSL、Geology、GCA等十余种国际重要学术期刊审稿专家及国家自然科学基金评审专家。
