长期从事海洋经济微藻生理生化调控与基因工程育种等方面研究。构建了系列经济微藻基因枪、电击遗传转化方法与基因编辑技术体系,精准创制系列优异新种质;揭示了模式硅藻响应环境碳浓度的代谢调控机制,提出了促进微藻生物量和高值代谢物积累同步提高的“G6PDH过表达-高CO2”培养模式;建立了实验室稳定半连续异/兼养培养体系及产岩藻黄素经济微藻的培养和收集方法。近年来,在Biotechnology for Biofuels、Microbial Cell Factories及the Plant Journal等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,主持国家及省市项目2项,获省部级奖励1次。 |
