主要从事元素地球化学行为和物质循环研究,重点聚焦西太平洋域和新特提斯域俯冲作用下成岩成矿机制和地幔柱源区特征研究。通过系统研究,发现在西藏拉萨地体存在古太古代的古老基底,揭示了新特提斯洋北向俯冲对拉萨-冈底斯地体和华南南缘成岩成矿作用的影响,限定了西太平洋洋脊俯冲对中国东部成岩成矿作用的影响范围,精细了印太交汇区中新生代板块构造演化历史。已发表论文37篇,其中一作及通讯作者SCI论文14篇,论文总被引1200余次,H-index指数15。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等3项,作为科研骨干参与中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(B类)、国家重点研发计划项目等2项。
